Vintage Tractor and Stationary Engine Club Rally
The West Dorset Vintage Tractor and Stationary Engine Rally
is held annually in June (since 1976) at the Britt Valley Camping Ground.
Balmoral Passenger Ship
The Balmoral departed on 1st June 2006 at 10:00am for a Jurassic Coast cruise,
the first time a passenger ship has docked at West Bay since 1937. Now an annual event.
R N L I Raft Race
The R N L I Raft Race is held annually at the end of July in the River Brit 'lake' or 'basin' at West Bay.
R N L I Fun Day
The R N L I Fun Day is held annually in August, with air / sea rescue displays by the
R N L I and HM Coastguard (weather and emergencies permitting).
Pirates Day
Pirates Day is held annually on the second Sunday in August.
Melplash Show
The Melplash Show is held annually at West Bay, usually on the Thursday prior to August Bank Holiday.
West Bay Wallow
The West Bay Wallow is held annually (since 2004) at East Beach on Boxing Day at midday.
