Lee Wicks writes:
I wanted to thank you for a fantastic website and for listing the Evershot Country Fair. Our stats showed that we had many hits from your website and this year was the best yet with a 30% increase at the entrance gate. Keep up the good work and may your web cams keep providing me with glimpses of life in West Bay.

Ms Atkins writes:
I would like to take this opportunity to say what a lovely website West Bay has and it really evokes that lovely seaside feeling! I am sure you would have tempted many a visitor by the website alone.

The Collings Family writes:
I and my family have booked to stay at the *** holiday camp in august and I just thought that I would view your website to view the area and restaurants. May I just say what a great website this is. Very imformative and very helpful.

Carina from Belgium writes:
First of all I would like to congratulate you with your GREAT site! It looks fabulous !!! But that’s not why I wrote to you - I hope you can help me with my questions.
We did...Webmaster.

Mr & Mrs Sawyer from Basingstoke writes:
PS. I have copied to the West Bay Webmaster - - to compliment them on their impressive website.

Mr Smith writes:
Thank you for your quick reply. I find your cameras very useful in checking weather conditions and can usually just make out sea conditions by looking at the amount of wave action at the base of the west pier. Cheers.

Mrs B from Eype writes:
Like the website very much, the photos, very informative and updated and streets ahead of  the **** website! Keep up the good work.

Ian from West Bay writes:
Just to let you know, we think your new close-up view of the harbour is great. Many thanks for all your efforts.

Chris Spracklen from Martock writes:
Hi, Just wanted to say that my wife and I love coming to West Bay from our home in Martock! We really enjoy walking around the harbour and along the sea front and it's great to be able to get a bite to eat at one of the kiosks if we're feeling peckish. I love taking photo's and I've built quite a gallery of West Bay shots on my Photobase site.
Webmaster....See our links page for Chris's gallery.

Ms Dymock, Year Two teacher of Ashlands First School, Crewkerne, Somerset writes:
The Year Two class have been investigating seaside websites. We have looked at eight local websites and we have decided that your website is the best. Matthew liked the music. Chloe, Victoria and George liked the photo gallery. Amarah, Lily, Nicole and Ruby liked the thumbnails. Tom, Isabelle, Elana, Callum, Lewis, Bradley, Adam, Abigail, Natasha and Maisie liked the webcam. Naomi and Phoebe liked the map.  We all liked the cliffs, the boats, the beach and the sea and especially the new pier. We all liked the website very much.

Samantha Carty of TV production company RDF Media writes:
Many thanks for all your help. This is very useful. We will actually be filming in Torquay and would like to find a car boot sale on a weekday close to our location. Please could you let me know how far West Bay is from Torquay. I did multimap and it did give me a distance time of one and a half hours - do you think this sounds right?

Chris from Grimsby writes:
I live in Grimsby in Lincolnshire and my family have been visitors to West Bay since 1975. My parents still come every year and have done so since 75. I have to congratulate you for the fantastic site you have here. I am amazed at the amount of information you have provided and for those that have never heard of West Bay, just one click on your web site and they won't need to have heard of it; your site makes them know about it and I am sure would entice anyone to visit! I have to say though that since my first visit in '75 on the old West Bay International site, now of course owned by some company whose name eludes me, lots has changed including the Jurassic Pier, which I have yet to see for myself. My Dad tells me that the fishing off the quays is now near non-existent, funny really and rather ironic that he came second in the annual fishing competition during carnival week one year and won it the next year in the 80's. Well, I could talk forever about West Bay and my experiences, most of which are my fondest recollections as a child and early teen. Well done; the site is superb, makes me yearn for another visit and long may it reign!

Pauline Tait writes:
Thank you for such a prompt response - how easy life could be if responses were always this efficiently done.

Liz Glare of Maritime Volunteer Service, Solent Region writes:
Many thanks for your kind reply to my email sent yesterday ref. "Maritime Activities in West Bay". The information that you sent will be most helpful to us in our quest to support our maritime community. Do please take a look at our website (mvs.org.uk) if you have not already done so. Yours is very interesting and informative.

Elizabeth from Beaminster writes:
Hi - I live in Beaminster and wanted to email a friend details of places to eat at West Bay and found your site. It is really excellent and does full justice to our beautiful area. I have used one of the photos as a screen saver - thanks.

Terry from Australia writes:
My wife likes to look at the West Bay webcam every morning (she is Australian and enjoyed our visits there whilst on holiday). I migrated to Western Australia in 1969 but love West Bay. I used to fish for mackeral from the jetty and when I was a child my parents took me to Burton Bradstock every Summer Sunday.

Alison Wheeler from Kingston upon Thames writes:
What amazingly quick service and your initial idea of the refresh button worked. Thank you. What horrible looking weather you've got though - the sun's only just gone in at Kingston upon Thames!

Sue Withers writes:
Just a quick note to say what a totally brill site - My family and I own a caravan on the Park Dean site and looking around your website - I can't wait for the weekend when we are coming down to open her up! I shall spend many Fridays checking the web cam getting ready for 5 o'clock! I shall pass this site onto some friends who will also be impressed, well done.

Anne and Richard writes:
