Eggardon Hill is an iron-age hillfort with fine views across the West Dorset County.  Situated one mile north of Askerswell village (off the A35 Bridport to Dorchester road) and 3 miles east of Bridport.  This is the site of the famous annual Eggardon Kite Festival.
