14 Anuna - Irish Vocal Group

is probably most associated with the Riverdance performance at the Eurovision
Song Contest in 1994. Since then the group has recorded, toured, appeared at
the Proms, performed numerous concerts and inspired and influenced choral
music worlwide. Its ethereal sound is unique and its live performances have
been described as magical, hauntingly beautiful and hypnotic. This evening the
choir will be performing from a repertoire spanning 12 centuries of Ireland's
music and history, ranging from the chants of wandering Irish Monks of the
