18/02 - 19/02 Body Talk; An Exhibition Of Contemporary Art
Durweston Village Hall, 10.30am – 4pm. Body Talk is part of the
Artsreach Self Centred Project in which four community groups have
worked with artist in residence Tom Weld, to explore the concept of Slef,
a symbiotic relationship between body and mind. Exhibited work will
include prints and photographs, painted and stitched textiles,
conceptual clothing, reconstructed textiles, jewellery, mixed media and
installations.
28/02 - 25/03 Samuel St Ledger Exhibition At Bridport Arts
Centre Bridport Arts Centre. The artist presents paintings,
drawings and sculptures all with a bucolic yet malevolent undercurrent.

Rope String Band (what is left of them - Pete Challoner & Tim Dalling)
have joined forces with two amazing musicians (Jock Tyldesley and Vera van
Heeringen) and as a four piece they are taking off from where the Old
Ropes sadly stopped. They play a wide assortment of instruments combined
with bizarre physical nonsense and clowning about ….and singing…and
dancing.

04 Relative - A Drama Performed By Niki McCretton & Kathy Hinde
Bridport Arts Centre, 8pm. Relative is about the special relationship
between grandparent and grandchild - an entertaining dance that’s a
physical, musical and visual jaunt, integrating films of real grannies
with their own experiences as grandchildren. Relative has been
commissioned by The Nuffield Theatre, Lancaster and is supported by The
