Brand new for 2008 Platinum Caravan based on the 4 Star Parkdean Holiday Park in the heart of West Bay, Dorset.
Luxurious, elegant and comprehensively equipped with two bedrooms, sleeps 4 - 6. It is centrally heated and double glazed throughout, and has a private drive way alongside.
The living area comprises of comfortable freestanding furniture, with an optional pull out double bed housed beneath the sofa. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD, video recorder, CD player and radio.
The dining area has a free standing table, 4 chairs plus 2 stools and will comfortably accommodate 4 - 6 people.
A 20 ft x 8 ft UPVC decking area, which has stunning views overlooking the River Brit and the surrounding countryside, with table and chairs. Ideal for alfresco dining, wild life watching, or just catching the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized gas hob and cooker, microwave and built-in fridge freezer etc.
The bathroom comprises of a toilet, wash basin and roomy glass door shower unit.
The master bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed and plenty of storage space. It also boasts a colour TV. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and again plenty of storage space.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but we request that you supply your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Due to Park rules, we are unable to hire to the following:
All electric, gas and water are included in the price.
Passes are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person (under 2's are free).
A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit and refunded after your stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday will then be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
